Lan and Rizal maen bola sepak while me, hehe! asal nak jogging sebab da siap bawak my jogging kit. ngahaha! which is my ipod and nike+ *korang nak bahan, bahan la, at least gune okay! drpd tersimpan buat pekasam* half way jog x sampai 5 minute. nampak pulak senam aerobic. adoi. tergugat iman. so join la. haha! best! lantak la terhenjut2 cam org gile yg penting i had fun. haha! sempat buat for 15 minutes je kowt. around there la. then bile da abes aerobic. sambung la jogging.

little that i know yg tempat tuh sangat besar! OMG. terketar2 gak la kaki berlari. haha! *cuti 2 bulan buat ape? tido je kan? sebab tuh la. mama bising kamu buat pekak je!* ades.
